overview
KyoGreen designs and delivers biogas systems that converts organic waste into fuel used for clean cooking and power generation. We work across three scales: Small (household digesters), Medium (schools, farms, institutions), and Large / municipal (community or centralized plants), with training and O&M built in.
We also provide advisory on carbon assets for biogas — methodology selection, baselines, MRV (measurement, reporting & verification), and credit monetization — enabling project owners to maximize climate revenue while improving health and productivity.

biogas models & sizing
Small (Households): 4–12 m³ digesters for family cooking; uses kitchen/agri waste or animal manure. Includes stove(s), piping, and safety valves; slurry used as organic fertilizer.
Medium (Schools / Farms / Institutions): 15–60 m³ with pre-treatment and gas storage; supports canteens, boarding facilities, small generators, or thermal loads (water/space heating).
Large / Municipal: >60 m³ modular digesters with gas upgrading options (for bottling or genset power). Integrated feedstock logistics, HSE, and community engagement.
01. assess feedstock & site
We quantify waste streams, seasonality, and daily loading rates. We assess siting, distances, water availability, and safety envelopes.
02. engineer & train
We specify digester volume, gas storage, stoves/gensets, piping, and safety devices; deliver partner training and HSE procedures.
03. deliver, O&M & MRV
Install and commission with O&M playbooks. Set up monitoring and MRV for performance, health benefits, and carbon credits.
how it works
Anaerobic digestion breaks down organic matter to produce biogas (methane + CO₂). We design safe, efficient systems with gas storage, pressure regulation, and clean-burning stoves or gensets — plus training to keep them running for years.
The KyoGreen Advantage
We pair robust engineering with local partner enablement — and add carbon advisory so impact becomes revenue.
Right-Sized Systems
Digesters matched to real feedstock and duty cycles, with safety built in.
Delivery & O&M
Training, spare parts planning, and operational playbooks for reliability.
Finance & Carbon
Leasing models and carbon assets (methodology, MRV, monetization).
